At Orient Watch, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return your unworn watch in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Timepiece

  Carefully place the watch in its original presentation box, ensuring all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films are included.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the watch's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
